In order to abide by Government regulations, you need to ensure a proper audit trail is maintained throughout the Apprenticeship journey. Currently, you’re required to keep at least six years of records –both for end-point assessments, and for payments received- for audit purposes.
These records should include information such as:
- The type of assessment delivered, and the standard that was used
- Details about the assessment plan
- Who delivered the assessment and when
- Assessment outcomes
- Records of internal quality assurance on those assessments
