In order to abide by Government regulations, you need to ensure a proper audit trail is maintained throughout the Apprenticeship journey. Currently, you’re required to keep at least six years of records –both for end-point assessments, and for payments received- for audit purposes.

These records should include information such as:

  • The type of assessment delivered, and the standard that was used
  • Details about the assessment plan
  • Who delivered the assessment and when
  • Assessment outcomes
  • Records of internal quality assurance on those assessments
