ACE360 Assessments
Adding apprentices into ACE360 Assessments is a simply process that can be done in one of two ways. One option is to add an apprentice one at a time, whilst the other is a bulk upload feature.
To add an apprentice to the system, click the admin button in the top right-hand side of the screen.

You will now be brought to the administration page of ACE360 Assessments. Simply click the “Add Individual” button. next to students. Once here, input the apprentice details and attach the relevant standards and click save.
When all information has been input, the apprentice will be sent an email from the system with the login information to access ACE360 Assessments. ACE360 Assessments also has a bulk upload option, this can be accessed by clicking the “Bulk Import” button when on the administration page.
To use the bulk import feature, follow the guidance that can be seen below. A CSV file can be created and uploaded into the system. Please use the headings that have been highlighted when in the bulk import option.
