ACE360 has listened to the needs of the industry – we have added a scheduling tool and an appeal functionality to the platform, which you can start using immediately when you set-up your account.

Appeal Functionality
The Appeals Functionality has been added to the core system and is now ready to use! This allows your Training Providers to mark an appeal through ACE360, upload supporting documentation. That in turn, allows you to manage the appeals process and supporting documentation directly through ACE360, whilst keeping a full and accurate record of your appeals management process for your External Quality Assurance provider.
Scheduling and Booking Tool
As an optional addition to the core system, we have developed this feature by collaborating with a specialist working group -made up of EPAOs/Training Providers and Assessors- which has helped us deliver a tool to the market which we are very proud of.
The scheduling tool allows your Training Providers to request an assessment date, which allows you to assign an available assessor to the booking, confirms the booking to the Training Provider and the Apprentice, deals with conflict of interest checking and apprenticeship attendance and a whole lot more.
