For EPAO’s

Super Admin, Admin, and Senior Assessor roles can assign standards and apprentices to a user profile

• Senior Assessor role requires Standards to be assigned to their user profile

• Assessor role requires both Standards AND apprentice records to be assigned to their user profile

Please note Senior Assessors cannot assign standards to their own user profile.

For Lead Training Providers

Super Admin, Admin, and Training Manager roles can assign standards and apprentices to a user profile

• Training Manager role requires Standards to be assigned to their user profile

• Assessor role requires both Standards AND apprentice records to be assigned to their user profile

Please note Training Managers cannot assign standards to their own user profile.
