Purchase Tokens via BACS
Adding BACS information follows the same process as adding the card payment, simply click “Add BACS information” you can also edit this information in the future should you need to by clicking “Edit BACS information”. You can make this bespoke by inputting a Purchase Order to support financial tracking within your organisation.
When you have added either a card payment or BACS information you will now be able to begin purchasing tokens to add apprentice records. Please note that one token account for 1 apprentice.
To purchase a token, click on the “Purchase Tokens” button in the “Token Management” section of ACE360. The system will prompt you to select how many tokens you would like to purchase, there is no limit to how many tokens you can purchase, however, the best practice is to purchase the same amount of tokens as the learner volume you have on the programme.
Each token is inclusive of 20% VAT and this will be automatically calculated.
As you progress through the purchasing, you can select what method of payment you would like to use, this can be via card where you will need to type the 3 digit CVV. Once this is complete simply click confirm the order and the tokens will be added to your account.
