Only Super Admin and Admin users can upload documents to the knowledge base in ACE360. The information below is available to LTPs to review and support apprentices on their journey.

- Standard Specific Guidance
To upload information, please follow the steps below:
- Click “Knowledge Base” icon on the main menu bar
- Click the “Upload Guidance” Button

- The “Upload Guidance” dialogue box will appear

- Select either the Gerneric Gudiance or Standard-Specific Guidance option to upload a document into the correct section
- Click the upload guidance button and select the file you want to upload (Maximum file size is 5MB)
