Get in touch with ACE360!

Once the required standard, pathway, or version has been added to your account, it’s time to let us know.

When requesting a change in Standard, Pathway, or Version please be sure to include the below details, as this will allow us to update the apprentice record promptly.

  • Apprentice Name
  • Apprentice ACE360 ID
  • Full ST code, including pathway and version indicators (e.g. ST0191/02/A)
  • Standard name and, if applicable, relevant pathway name

If you require multiple records to be updated, please include the Apprentice Name and ACE360 ID for each record needing amended.

Please get in touch as early as possible as records at later EPA stages may require more time to resolve.

You can reach the ACE360 Support Team by clicking on the below icon, located in the top-right corner, when logged into ACE360. This will allow you to raise a ticket directly with our Support Team.
