Providers will now be presented with a popup-box should the expected gateway date elapse for an apprentice. The Apprentice Gateway Reminder will prompt a provider to update the information and ensure the gateway date is accurate.

This date can also be updated using the edit button within the apprentice’s profile.

Please note that this information can be edited at any point in time on an apprentice record. To edit apprentice information. First, click on the apprentice profile and click the edit button in the apprentice tab on the right-hand side.

The expected gateway date can be changed whilst the apprentice isn’t in the gateway approved status. Any additional edits such as address or contact information can be changed up until the grade has been applied for on an apprentices record.
