Checking Account Tokens

You’ll need tokens in order to create your apprentice records within ACE360, so it’s important to ensure that that are enough for the number of apprentices you need to upload.

Your token balance is always displayed at the top of your screen within ACE360, and further info on the token purchasing process can be found here – Token Purchasing

Your EPAO may purchase tokens on your behalf, which can then be transferred to your account. If this is the case, please ensure the tokens have been allocated to your account before submitting a Bulk Upload request

Verifying Account Standards

The standards that your apprentices have undertaken will need to be attached to your ACE360 account. This is crucial for aligning the apprentice records with the appropriate training standards. Guidance on managing your standards can be found here – Attaching Standards

Obtaining the Bulk Upload Template

The Bulk Upload template is where your apprentice data will be entered prior to upload, and the template can be downloaded here – Bulk Upload Template
