Booking Status

Booking Status

On your dashboard, you will be able to see the status of your bookings.

  • PENDING – The booking has been received, the EPAO is reviewing the booking, allocating assessors and will confirm once all the details are added and correct.
  • CONFIRMED – The booking is confirmed with the apprentice (via email) and the provider.
  • COMPLETED – Attendance has been marked and the booking has been completed

NB: The status of the booking will be displayed in your chosen calendar – using the URL link.

Bookings Dashboard Navigation

Each user will have their own dashboard. Their dashboard gives each user an instant overview of the booking status of all bookings, within ACE360, that they have been assigned access to.

Click on the relevant status to view the filtered view in the All Bookings tab

  • ASSIGNMENTS AT EACH STATUS – All available data  – this view gives each user an instant overview of the bookings that have been assigned to them and the status of all assigned bookings (PENDING, ACCEPTED, REJECTED)
  • ASSIGNMENTS AT EACH STATUS – Data from the last 7 days – this view gives each user an instant overview of the bookings that have been assigned to them and the status of all assigned bookings (PENDING, ACCEPTED, REJECTED) within the last 7 days.
  • BOOKINGS AT EACH STATUS – All available data – this view gives each user an instant overview of the booking status of all bookings, within ACE360, to which they have been assigned access.
  • BOOKINGS AT EACH STATUS – Data from the last 7 days – this view gives each user an instant overview of the booking, where a status has changed within the last 7 days.
