Mastering Completed Bookings on ACE360: A Comprehensive Provider’s Guide

After the assessment date, the EPAO Assessor can confirm the apprentices’ attendance.
You will be able to see the attendance within the ‘APPRENTICES’ Tab of the booking
The attendance is defined with a tick for attended and an x for not attended within the view above.
Once the EPAO assessor has marked attendance, the booking status will change to the completed booking status.
The completed booking will be visible on your dashboard, and you can use the search and filter functionality to find completed bookings within a given date range.
