Identifying the required ACE360 standard

If you’ve discovered an apprentice is on the wrong standard, then this guide will help you resolve the issue.

Within ACE360 Standards will have both a standard name and an ST code, that signifies the particular pathway or discipline, as well as the standard version. Understanding the ST Code format will help you ensure your apprentices are on the appropriate standards.

This ST code can be broken down into its three components

ST0229 – Root ST Code assigned to standard upon creation and publication by IFATE

01 – Version

E – Pathway

The standard can be changed entirely, though it may be that the incorrect pathway has been selected upon registration, or possibly the chosen version does not accurate reflect the apprentice’s start date, and these can be as easily updated.

The next step would be to ensure the standards are linked to your account – Managing your allocated ACE360 standards
