There are two ways to purchase tokens within ACE360. There are via card or BACS payments, to purchase via card click onto token management and simply add a card to your account.

To add a card payment to the system simply, click “Add new payment card” this will bring a pop up to add the card details to the system. Simply fill the details in and click “Save”.

To purchase a token, click on the “Purchase Tokens” button in the “Token Management” section of ACE360. The system will prompt you to select how many tokens you would like to purchase, there is no limit to how many tokens you can purchase, however, the best practice is to purchase the same amount of tokens as the learner volume you have on the programme.

Each token is inclusive of 20% VAT and this will be automatically calculated.

Once you have clicked purchase tokens, please select the method and click confirm.
