Effective EPA Reporting in ACE360: A Comprehensive Guide for EPAOs
ACE360 has several built-in reports that can be accessed by Super Admin and Admin users.
Reports are accessed via the “Reports” icon on the main menu bar.
There are currently 3 interactive report types:
- Workload Report
- Grade Distributions
- EPAO Registration Report
To access a report type, simply click on the sample chart and you will be presented with a summary chart which you can then customise by using various filter options.
Workload Report
A summary report will be displayed which gives a visual representation of the number of apprentices at each status in their apprentice journey. This will show the following details:
- In training
- Gateway in progress
- Gateway evidence complete
- Gateway approved
- Approved for EPA
- Denied EPA
This report will also show how many apprentices aren’t assigned to training coordinators within your organisation. As well as the percentage of apprentices without an EPAO attached to their records.
Hovering the mouse over any of the bars or pie charts will display both a percentage and a numerical value of the apprentices at each status.
You can customise the report by setting the following filters
- All or individual sectors
- All or individual standards
- All or specific level
- All or specific LTP
- All training coordinators and training managers who are assigned to apprentices by specific user
- Date Range
Grade Distributions Report
A summary report will be displayed which gives a visual representation of all the overall grades for your apprentices who have completed EPA. By default, this is broken down by months, starting with the current month.
Hovering the mouse over any section of a monthly bar will display a percentage and a numerical value of the apprentices achieving each grade status, in that month.
Based on the grades attained by your apprentices, information is also broken down by sector. The sector with the best overall pass rates and the sector with the worst pass rates i.e. highest failure rate.
You can customise the report by setting the following filters:
- All or individual sectors
- All or individual standards
- All or specific levels
- All or specific LTPs
- All training coordinators and training managers who are assigned to apprentices or by specific users
- EPA first-time pass rates & resit pass rates
- Date Range
EPA Registration Report
ACE360 also has a new registration report that is available to EPAO users. The report not only shows the registrations that have been made each month, EPAOs can now see any deregistrations that have happened within a given month. To view this report, click on the reports icon in the menu bar and the below will be visible.
Within the report, this will show all registrations in green and deregistrations in blue for each month. When viewing this report, a user is also able to apply a data range to view this information bi-monthly, every 3 months, quarterly etc.
