ACE360 allows Super Admin and Admin users to unlock EPA component grades, should this either be incorrect or the grade has changed following quality checks.

Provisional grades can be changed when the final check is taking place to view how to apply overall grades. Please note that if an overall grade needs to be changed due to an error this will need to be done by the ACE360 team, please get in touch via email with our support team.

To use the unlock component feature, simply search for an Apprentice who has a component grade applied. For the example below we will be looking at Apprentices in the “EPA Evidence Complete” status. However, please note that an Apprentice may have a component grade in the “EPA in Progress” status.

Click on the Apprentice you need to unlock the grade for and select the component that has been given a grade.

To remove the component grade, click the “Remove Grade” button that will appear when you have clicked on the component.

Once a component grade has been removed, as a super admin or admin you can then apply the correct grade.
Please note the provisional grade will not change if an EPA component grade is changed.

If the overall grade has been changed and the component grade has been changed, this will be visible to EPAO users, as ACE360 tracks the overall grade change with a second review decision box in the EPA Components area on an apprentice record.
