To ensure your apprentices receive their certificate an API will need to be set up between ACE360 and the ESFA, and it’s never been easier to do so.

You can obtain your API Key from within your Assessment Service

Once you have the API key it is simply a case of entering this into ACE360

• Open the Organisation Info tab

• Navigate to ESFA Integration Disabled, and click on the Configure ESFA Integration button

• A pop-up will appear, prompting you to enter the ESFA API Key

Please note that the key must be 32 characters in length to be valid

• Once you have entered the ESFA API Key, click the Enable button, and your Organisation Info tab will update to display that your ESFA Integration has been enabled.

• To disable your ESFA Integration just repeat the initial steps and, in the pop-up, simply click the Disable button
