Step-by-Step Guide: Using the ACE360 Support Icon to Open a Ticket

ACE360 has a built-in support tool for any customer who would like to raise a ticket with our support team.

This feature has been built-in to prevent any customer from having to come away from the system and write an email to the team. Any information that is input into the ticketing feature will automatically go through to our support desk, where it will be picked up and resolved.

To use this feature within the system, simply click the support button on the top banner on ACE360.

Once clicked, a support box will pop up to complete and create a ticket.

Once complete, you’ll have a confirmation on ACE360 that the ticket has been submitted, and you’ll also receive an email with a ticket number.
