Understanding Your Certification Claim Date in ACE360: A Guide for EPAOs

Within ACE360, all users can now view the progress of the certificate with the inclusion of the certificate tab. This is located within an Apprentices profile and will allow users to monitor, track and provide updates to Apprentices and Employers when it comes to certification.

To take advantage of this new feature, first, you can click on the EPA passed tile on the dashboard to view all of the Apprentices that have been achieved in the past 30 days.

Alternatively, you can use the filter option within the Apprentice records tab as shown in the above video. The filters to look at are as follows:

  • Apprentice Status – EPA Passed/EPA Failed
  • Status Dates – A date range can be applied or this can be left blank to show all Apprentice passes/failed
  • ESFA Certification – Issued

The final step is to click on the Apprentice record and go to the certificate tab. Here you will be able to view all information relating to the certificate, including the claim date.
