ACE360 Assessments
Data Exports
ACE360 allows various data exports from the system to allows users to review information on mass. Users are not only able to export booking information from the system but within the apprentice records section of the system, records can be fully exported to show key information.
The information that an be seen when exporting information includes;
- EPA Approved Data
- Gateway Submission Data
- Number of EPA Attempts
- Apprentice and Employer Details
- ESFA Certification
- Grading Information
To access the data exports, the first step is to go to “Apprentice Records” in the left-hand menu. Here you will see the “Export Data” button in the top right.

The export button is also available when you click the “Archived Records” tab.

The information that is downloaded is a CSV file that can be customised by all ACE360 users to support with the analysis of information.
