If you’ve logged into ACE360 and were expecting to view apprentice records but can’t see them, then this guide will help you resolve the issue.

Super Admin and Admin users have visibility of and access to all apprentice records linked to their organisation, however some roles will require that standards are assigned (Senior Assessor, for EPAO, and Training Manager for Lead Training Provider), and also apprentice records allocated (Assessor, for EPAO, and Training Coordinator for Lead Training Provider) before visibility and access will be possible.
